Why You Can’t Really Trust Negative Online Reviews
Research suggests that people heed negative reviews more than positive ones — despite their questionable credibility.
By Caroline Beaton
June 13, 2020
The Great Wall of China has more than 9,000 Google reviews, with an average of 4.2 stars. Not bad for one of the most astonishing achievements in human history.
But you can’t please everyone.
“Not very tall. Or big. Just sayin. I kinda liked it. Sort of,” wrote one ambivalent visitor of the structure, which stretches thousands of miles . Another complained, “I don’t see the hype in this place it’s really run down and old … why wouldn’t you update something like this? No USB plug ins or outlets anywhere.” Someone else announced that he’s “Not a wall guy. Laaaaaaaaammme.”
Even Shakespeare can’t escape the wrath of consumer scorn. One reviewer on Amazon awarded Hamlet just two stars: “Whoever said Shakespeare was a genius lied. Unless genius is just code word for boring, then they’re spot on. Watch the movie version so you only waste two hours versus 20.”
It’s no wonder why we live and buy by online reviews: The Washington Post recently reported that a third of American adults use a computer or phone to buy something at least once a week — “about as often as we take out the trash.” Last December, 75 percent of Americans said they would do “most of their holiday shopping on Amazon,” according to CNBC’s “All-America Economic Survey.”
We use reviews to vet our options. In 2020, the Pew Research Center found that 82 percent of American adults say they sometimes or always read online reviews for new purchases. And more than two-thirds of regular review readers believe that they’re “generally accurate.”
Marketing data indicates that negative reviews in particular dramatically influence our buying behaviors. But research on the biases and demographics of online reviewers — and our own, often errant interpretations — suggests that our faith in reviews is misguided.
Why we care so much about negative reviews
There are many more positive reviews online than there are negative ones, studies show, which creates a scarcity of negative reviews that we associate with value.
For instance: In a data sample from Amazon, just 4.8 percent of reviews with a verified purchase were rated one star, whereas 59 percent had five stars, according to a study published in 2020 by The Journal of Marketing Research and led by Duncan Simester, a marketing professor at the M.I.T. Sloan School of Management.
“The infrequent nature of negative reviews may help to distinguish them from other reviews,” Dr. Simester wrote in an email. We consequently pay more attention to them.

We also think of negative reviews as windows into what could go wrong. Is this camera’s memory card going to go kaput in the middle of my honeymoon? Are these socks scratchy? Dr. Simester pointed out that people may see negative reviews as more informative, and therefore more valuable, than positive ones because they highlight defects — even if they’re not actually more accurate.
“We want to feel secure in our decision-making processes,” said Lauren Dragan, who analyzes consumer feedback as the audio tech products reviewer at Wirecutter, a New York Times company that reviews and recommends products. We use negative reviews to understand our risk and reduce our losses, studies show.
Plus, after reports that five-star reviews are frequently fake, people may depend on negative reviews more than positive ones because they see them as more trustworthy.
Online reviews are less trustworthy than we think
The credibility of all reviews — even real ones — is questionable. A 2020 study published in The Journal of Consumer Research looked at whether online reviews reflected objective quality as rated by Consumer Reports. The researchers found very little correlation.
Reviews are subjective, and the tiny subset of people who leave them aren’t average.
People who write online reviews are more likely to buy things in unusual sizes, make returns, be married, have more children, be younger and less wealthy, and have graduate degrees than the average consumer, according to Dr. Simester’s 2020 study. Online reviewers are also 50 percent more likely to shop sales, and they buy four times more products.
“Very few people write reviews. It’s about 1.5 percent, or 15 people out of 1,000,” Dr. Simester said. “Should we be relying on these people if we’re part of the other 985?”
What’s more, reviews are often capricious and circumstantial. For example, the sentiment of travelers’ reviews hinges on their companionship. A study published last fall in Electronic Commerce Research and Applications, looking at 125,076 online reviews, found that people traveling with significant others wrote the most positive reviews, followed by those traveling with friends or family. Reviewers traveling alone or for business were the most negative. Our experiences change depending on our expectations, travel expertise and who we’re with.
People’s motivations also taint their neutrality. Take TripAdvisor’s “Super Contributors,” whose reviews tend to be more negative than those by less active members, according to a forthcoming study from Ulrike Gretzel, a communications professor at the University of Southern California and the director of research at Netnografica. Having formed identities around being expert travel reviewers, Super Contributors may “write more critically to appear more professional,” Dr. Gretzel said. Nevertheless, consumers disproportionately value and trust reviews professing expertise.
Put simply, we should distrust online reviews “because emotions are involved,” Ms. Dragan said.
Another reason to be wary is roughly one in 15 people review products they haven’t actually purchased or used, according to Dr. Simester. These “self-appointed brand managers” write speculative, unsolicited negative reviews to offer the company “feedback.” The problem is consumers are bad at determining which reviews are based on actual experiences and which aren’t, said Dr. Simester. “We are easily fooled.”
Get savvier about how you read reviews
Still, reviews can be helpful gauges when you’re buying stuff — so long as you keep in mind all the caveats around them.
First, weed out the most polarized perspectives. People are much more likely to write reviews if they have extreme emotions about something, said Eric K. Clemons, who teaches information management at the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School. This is why you see so many rave reviews and so many rancorous ones.
Even people who don’t initially have strong feelings often develop them in response to survey questions — something called the mere-measurement effect.
“We are socially conditioned to give answers when someone/something asks us a question,” Dr. Gretzel wrote in an email. So if we don’t have a pre-existing, well-defined opinion, we make one up.
When you’re reading reviews, try to find ones that are closer to the median, Ms. Dragan advised. She deliberately looks at three-star reviews first because they tend to be more moderate, detailed and honest. Unfortunately, research suggests that most of us instinctively do just the opposite: We prefer extreme reviews because they’re less ambivalent and therefore easier to process.
Second, ask yourself: “Is this person like me? Are the problems mentioned ones I care about?” For example, Dr. Simester recently bought a pair of ski pants online. He read the reviews and most people liked them, but one guy didn’t. “It turned out his body shape wasn’t the same as mine,” Dr. Simester said, so he disregarded the review.
Dissecting people’s preferences can be useful even if you don’t agree with them. Dr. Clemons, an I.P.A. fan who uses RateBeer.com, said, “If a Scandinavian who really likes lagers complains that a beer tastes way too hoppy, that may mean I should buy it.”
Finally, pay attention to contextual details and specific facts rather than reviewers’ general impressions and ratings. The number of stars someone selects often has “very little to do with” their review text, Dr. Gretzel said. People have different rating standards, and written explanations are inherently more nuanced.
Focusing on the most thorough reviews may also protect against getting duped by fake ones. In experiments where Dr. Gretzel and her collaborators presented both real and fake reviews, readers distinguished between the two better when reviews were longer.
And if you’re still not sure whether a review is fake, scan the reviewer’s profile. Dr. Clemons said that “someone who’s paid to write reviews probably isn’t doing a lot of writing under the same name.” His own research omitted reviews from profiles containing fewer than 10 reviews, “and that took care of a lot of paid nonsense,” he said.
All that said, real reviewers are usually genuinely trying to help: Research consistently shows that people are most motivated by helping others make decisions.
“They feel that they have benefited from other people’s reviews, so they want to give back,” Dr. Gretzel said. “They think it’s for the greater good.”

How to conduct a review
1- Before you begin
Before you accept or decline an invitation to review, consider the following questions:
- Does the article match your area of expertise? Only accept if you feel you can provide a high-quality review.
- Do you have a potential conflict of interest? Disclose this to the editor when you respond.
- Do you have time? Reviewing can be a lot of work – before you commit, make sure you can meet the deadline.
- Do you need to find out more about reviewing and the peer review process? If so, check out the free tutorials on the Elsevier Researcher Academy, especially the Certified Peer Reviewer course.
Respond to the invitation as soon as you can (even if it is to decline) – a delay in your decision slows down the review process and means more waiting for the author. If you do decline the invitation, it would be helpful if you could provide suggestions for alternative reviewers.
2- Managing your review
If you accept, you must treat the materials you receive as confidential documents. This means you can’t share them with anyone without prior authorization from the editor. Since peer review is confidential, you also must not share information about the review with anyone without permission from the editors and authors.
How to log in and access your review
Your review will be managed via an Elsevier submission system such as Editorial Manager. Elsevier journals use different submission systems so there is no one generic login link.
To access the paper and deliver your review, click on the link in the invitation email you received which will bring you to the submission/reviewing system.
When you sit down to write the review, make sure you familiarize yourself with any journal-specific guidelines (these will be noted in the journal’s guide for authors available on each journal’s homepage).
First read the article. You might consider spot checking major issues by choosing which section to read first. Below we offer some tips about handling specific parts of the paper.
If the manuscript you are reviewing is reporting an experiment, check the methods section first. The following cases are considered major flaws and should be flagged:
- Unsound methodology
- Discredited method
- Missing processes known to be influential on the area of reported research
- A conclusion drawn in contradiction to the statistical or qualitative evidence reported in the manuscript
For analytical papers examine the sampling report, which is mandated in time-dependent studies. For qualitative research make sure that a systematic data analysis is presented and sufficient descriptive elements with relevant quotes from interviews are listed in addition to the author’s narrative.
Research data and visualizations
Once you are satisfied that the methodology is sufficiently robust, examine any data in the form of figures, tables, or images. Authors may add research data, including data visualizations, to their submission to enable readers to interact and engage more closely with their research after publication. Please be aware that links to data might therefore be present in the submission files. These items should also receive your attention during the peer review process. Manuscripts may also contain database identifiers or accession numbers (e.g. genes) in relation to our database linking program.
Critical issues in research data, which are considered to be major flaws can be related to insufficient data points, statistically non-significant variations and unclear data tables.
NB for certain types of visualization, preview tools are available, allowing you to inspect how files will display on ScienceDirect if the manuscript is accepted. For other data visualizations, there may be other ways of inspecting the files.
Experiments including patient or animal data should properly be documented. Most journals require ethical approval by the author’s host organization. Please check journal-specific guidelines for such cases (available from the journal’s homepage, accessible via the journal catalogue.
If you don’t spot any major flaws, take a break from the manuscript, giving you time to think. Consider the article from your own perspective. When you sit down to write the review, again make sure you familiarize yourself with any journal-specific guidelines (these will be noted in the journal’s guide for authors).
Pruvit KETO OS Review : Is it Really the Top Product this 2020?
In this Pruvit Keto OS review, I take a DEEP DIVE into this skeptic’s personal results using this wildly popular exogenous ketone supplement.
Is it really the perfect way to cheat the low-carb diet and stay on ketosis? Did it help me lose weight, stay focused, and get better results in the gym or was it just another fad product?
Some claims are definitely true, but are they worth the downsides? Is it worth the relatively expensive investment? I hope my results help you make a more informed decision. It might be right for you, and it might not be. Read on for my results, success stories, and what Joe Rogan, Pruvit Keto, and fruit have in common.
Enter your text here.
What is Pruvit Keto-OS ?
Pruvit KETO OS (Operating System) is Pruvit’s flagship exogenous ketone supplement containing a patent-pending BHB salt that supposedly helps maintain ketosis and deliver fast results.
Our bodies only naturally produce ketones when in a carb-restricted fasting state.
Exogenous ketones are meant to “trick” the body into thinking it’s in a ketotic state, getting you into ketosis faster (the company claims in as little as 30 minutes!).
It comes in a powder form you can carry with you anywhere you go. Add 12-16oz., shake like a madman, and voila—you’ve got 50ccs of exogenous ketones ready to go down the hatch.
The formula is supposed to mimic the ketones your body naturally produces and either kick you into ketosis or help you stay there (if you’re anything like me, staying ultra-low carb is TOUGH).
I like how convenient this product is for ketoers on-the-go (unlike most bulky powders and mixes). These surprisingly delicious pouches come in several flavors:
Science has shown that keto flat-out WORKS to reduce body weight and BMI.
But the jury is still out on Pruvit supplements. The company claims that it improves everything from DNA repair (whatever that means) to sharpening your focus, boosting your immune system aside from achieving your weight loss goals.
Let me sum up the benefits for you quickly before sharing my personal experience with each on this Pruvit Keto OS review.
What Are the Benefits of Pruvit Keto//OS?
The blend of MCT oil, mineral salts, BHB, and caffeine (in the “CHARGED” version) delivers a rush of INSTANT ketones to the body. Taking extra ketones is supposed to help boost your body’s natural production.
Pruvit claims that their supplement:
May Help You Get Into Ketosis Faster: I don’t have to tell you how tough it is to get into keto and stay there. We’ve both seen pizza before. Sometimes we need a little help, and the extra kick of ketones may give you the boost you need to get there or provide some extra wiggle room to maintain ketosis. One snack here or some fruit there is enough to slip up, so any extra help at all is a big help to most dieters.
If you aren’t on the ketogenic diet already, it won’t help you. This isn’t a quick fix to your dieting problems. They can merely enhance the ketotic state you achieve through dieting. Don’t listen to marketing.
May Increase Your Fat-Burning Capabilities: Periods of low-carb intake are more effective than low-fat diets for burning those stubborn muffins. Anything that helps you get into ketosis may help you burn fat faster and help melt the pounds away. Exogenous ketones also help suppress appetite, so you won’t be as quick to rush to the kitchen for food. One study showed that hunger decreased 50% in those taking ketone supplements. That will help you get faster results in your weight loss journey.
There’s been no direct study on Pruvit supplements yet, though extra ketones can’t hurt (unless they are high-carb — more on that later).
May Help Fight Off the Keto Flu: Pruvit claims the mix of mineral salts and BHB helps fight the dreaded keto flu. Taking the highway to the keto zone shocks your body and can result in dizziness, fatigue, unpleasant trips to the bathroom, and other side effects. Your body has used carbs its whole life for energy, and changing that relationship is going to rock the boat a bit.
Thankfully, there are ways to help your body with the transition. While there’s some basis to keto supplements fighting off the flu, we recommend supplementing with sodium, potassium, and magnesium (and drink more water!).
Improves Endurance: Even a skeptic like me can’t deny the effects of keto on endurance. High-performance athletes trained harder, longer, and better when on keto. Ketone supplements reduce blood lactic acid and glycogen levels, slowing the buildup of lactic acid and muscle breakdown. This can give you that extra push you need to train longer and harder. [ 4 ]
If you’re looking to get faster results in the gym, extra ketones and a caffeine boost can help you achieve great results.
May Improve Brain Health: The effects of a ketogenic diet on brain function are well documented. Keto helps treat epilepsy [ 5 ] and improve behavior in kids with neurological disorders (through the production of decanoic acid). It also has improved memory in rats with Alzheimer’s disease. Supplementing with exogenous ketones may help speed this process up and pass those benefits on to you. [ 6 ]
Pruvit claims that taking their supplement will increase your focus and give you more mental energy so every day doesn’t feel like Monday. Better energy production from ketones means more energy for your body, and this may help your brain function better (the brain uses 25% of our energy!).
Again, though, there have been no direct studies on these claims.
The emerging research that is just starting to come out will demonstrate that ketone bodies are a preferred fuel that the brain will use in place of glucose.

My Results from Using Pruvit Keto OS
Now for the moment of truth.
Everyone from so-called “experts” online to Joe Rogan on his podcast (he liked it because he claimed fruit kicked him out of ketosis) told me to use it, but there were no concrete studies or evidence.
I bit the bullet and tried it for myself.
I did notice some benefits for sure. I felt better and definitely got more pump in the gym from longer and better workouts. I don’t really suffer from the keto flu anymore, so I can’t comment on that (get hardcore!).
Now Pruvit Keto//OS definitely delivers on most of its promises, but it’s not the cure-all supplement that the company claims.
If you aren’t putting in the effort on your diet or in the gym, you won’t get anything. It didn’t turn me into a laser-focused robot at work either.
I did feel more focused, but that could be because of the extra caffeine in the charged version.
In general, I feel a lot more mentally focused when on a keto diet anyway so that could be why I was so sharp.
You can’t do this halfway – you have to be all in.
Professor at the University of the Fraser Valley
Verdict: You can expect an extra bump to your diet and gym results, but I could do without the mild side effects and average taste (more on that below). There are some better supplements out there that have been reviewed on Ketogenic Supplement Reviews.
Other People ’s Results: Keto//OS Before and After
You don’t have to take my word for it. Everyone’s body is unique and we are all on keto in different ways. What works for me might not work for you and vice versa.
There are actually a lot of inspiring stories out there from Pruvit Keto OS users:
Ashley’s 10-Day Experience
Ashley was a lot like many of us: Keto Monday-Friday? Easy. But then the weekend came around and trips with her husband and nights out with friends got in the way.
After using Keto//OS Max, she dropped 8 lbs.
“My results were amazing and I felt my energy levels increased.”
Rachel – Muffin Top to Muffin Topless
Rachel started drinking ketones daily in January of 2020. After 3 months she was happier all around, in great shape, and more focused in life.
Stories like hers are becoming more common. Our typical diet is full of carbs, making us lethargic and, well, downright fat.
Eat right. Feel good. It’s as simple as that.
“It suppresses my appetite, gives me energy in the gym, and energy to play beach volleyball all day. It really helped me lose weight.”
Anthony Lost 45 lbs.
Here’s one for the guys.
Anthony took Keto//OS for 250 days and lost 45 lbs. He goes as far as saying “Hey, you only know if it works for you if you try.”
He’s right. Do the research for yourself and see how it makes you feel. Or, you know, just keep reading my personal experiences!
Those are some real results! Good job, Anthony.
Joe is one of the world’s most famous podcasters and celebrity faces. He’s like a ketovangelist these days.
He’s a huge proponent of eating low-carb, high-fat. His main philosophy is just straight science and logic: if you eat better, you feel better naturally. He’ll go in ketosis every few months when he’s trying to get back in shape.
“The big difference, with carbs, I experience inflammation. More soreness, fatigue, insulin crash… all the factors that don’t happen when I eat high fat, low carb.”
Celebrity & Fitness Enthusiast
What Are the Ingredients?
The ingredients in Pruvit Keto//OS are beta-hydroxybutyrate (BHB) salts, L-taurine, fermented L-leucine, and ac-11 as well as:
The main ingredients come in a patent-pending blend called the N8 bioavailability blend.
In English, this means that it closely mimics the natural ketones in your body and helps you absorb each ingredient faster (because they are more “bioavailable”).
NOTE: It’s also PACKED with sodium, calcium, and vitamins, so there might be something to its keto flu cure claims. The downside is it also has carbs and is higher calorie than other exogenous ketone supplements.
What Are the Different Flavors?
I love that Pruvit has multiple versions of Keto//OS with different flavors. It’s not always easy to stomach keto supplements (we’ve all tasted the powders that are basically chalk with some flavor).
The varieties are Keto//OS, Keto OS Max, and Keto OS Nat. They each come in a few flavors. Honestly, I did find the taste of a few to be a bit too sweet, but it’s nothing that can’t be fixed by adding more water.
Your experience will vary depending on which flavor and version you get.
Keto OS Max
Keto OS NAT
How Does Keto OS Taste?
In general, the taste was pretty good, which is saying something for an exogenous ketone supplement. I’d say about a 6.5/10.
The flavors definitely aren’t all in-your-face delicious like the company claims. It’s good for sure, but there’s better out there. I usually mix it with some cream or ice coffee to make a ketolicious shake.
Overall, my favorite was Chocolate Swirl. None of the flavors blew me away, but this one came the closest. I may have snuck an extra pack or two in a day. It was like a rich and savory trip to the chocolate factory (or at least as close to Willy Wonka’s workshop as Keto//OS can get).
The rest were all fairly average. Nothing to blog about.
The downside to the good flavor is it contains extra carbs (a low-carb alternative could be better).
How Does it Compare to Perfect Keto?
Perfect Keto vs Pruvit Keto//OS. Who wins?
While OS is definitely a good product that delivers on a few of its promises, we have to choose Perfect Keto for a few reasons.
Although it’s a hard call to make, I’ve got Perfect Keto ahead for 3 main reasons:
Frequently Asked Questions:
You’ve got questions. I’ve got answers.
Are There Any Dangers to Keto OS?
The are no proven dangers to Keto OS. As with any diet, you should consult your physician first.
There are some possible downsides to the keto diet if you do it wrong. If you don’t supplement properly, you could experience stomach problems, vitamin deficiencies, or severe dehydration.
Some basic precautions go a long way. I’ve stuck to common sense the entire time and never had any problems. Obviously, I am not a doctor, so listen to what a trusted physician tells you.
Supplement vitamins, drink a lot of water, and get sodium, potassium, and magnesium in your system and you’ll be fine.
Does Pruvit Keto OS Have Any Side Effects?
The side effects of Pruvit Keto may include headaches, dizziness, fatigue, stomach aches, and other symptoms of the keto flu.
This is the same as any other supplement and the symptoms you may experience when starting the diet. Some complain of keto breath, a nasty, metallic scent that sends friends and dates running for cover.
I personally didn’t experience any side effects (maybe my friends are lying about my breath).
Your experience might be different if you haven’t been on keto long or are out of keto now and trying to kick back into it. No long-term studies exist about the effects of keto. This is just my personal experience.
NOTE: Ketone supplements can lower blood sugar levels so people with diabetes SHOULD AVOID them.
How Long Does Keto OS Stay in Your System?
How long Keto OS stays in your system depends on a number of factors including your diet and level of physical activity. The higher BHB reaches in your system the less time it takes to fall.
The effects of an exogenous supplement vary from person to person. The body uses ketones for fuel, so if you’re exercising, your supply depletes a lot faster.
The best way to know is to use measuring tools (urine or breath) to check your ketone levels.
How Much Does Keto OS Cost?
Keto OS costs more than other supplements due to its effectiveness, convenience, and taste.
It’s definitely on the high end price-wise, especially considering the glut of products on the market these days. I wouldn’t say it’s too expensive though. If you compare it to the results you get (if you use it right), then it’s worth it.
The only annoying thing is that the price varies depending on where you get it (I cover the best place to buy it below). It’s definitely not something I would start using if I were on a strict budget.
Does Keto OS Put You in Ketosis?
Keto OS puts you into ketosis if you use it right. Since our bodies only produce ketones in a fasting state, the extra ketones are meant to “trick” your body into thinking it’s fasting, which triggers ketosis (in theory).
It won’t put you into ketosis as a standalone product. And it definitely isn’t a quick fix for bad eating habits or lack of self-control (try eating alternative keto desserts instead of mouthwatering ice cream sundaes).
Exogenous ketones are meant to be a supplement, not a crutch. They will definitely enhance your keto dieting experience, help you achieve better results, and give you a tiny bit of extra wiggle room with your diet if you slip up here or there.
But Keto OS won’t put you into ketosis simply by taking it. If you are still eating carbs, your body will use them for energy instead.
Does Keto OS Have Caffeine?
Keto OS has the caffeine equivalent of 1 12-oz. cup of coffee in the CHARGED version. The regular version does not have caffeine.
I personally loved the extra jolt of energy in each pouch. It helped me focus and go harder at the gym. It also helped me wake up on Monday morning without wanting to do harm to anyone (that’s a big plus!).
If you’re sensitive to caffeine, definitely steer away from the CHARGED version and stick to regular.
How to Use Keto OS Properly:
I’m sure some of you might already know how to take BHB supplements properly, but for the people that do not know the right process yet, do not worry. We have got your back.
Here is a step-by-step guide on how to take KETO OS:
So, Does KETO OS Work?
This product is perfect for people who are just starting out and who are struggling with weight loss. You can slowly ease into refining your nutritional keto while taking this supplement.
For those of you who have already adapted, but have trouble finding the energy to power through your trainings, this can be your source of stable insulin free energy that lasts for hours.
Pruvit KETO OS is a great drink for so many reasons. There are many benefits gained from this product including fast sustained energy, cognitive functioning, reducing chronic inflammation, improved blood pressure and fat loss.
It has a lot of research articles backing its claims in PubMed and from my personal experience, it has improved my overall lifestyle.
I didn’t want to believe the hype myself, which is why I took the time to do some intense bio medical research to see if this product really works and after conducting numerous tests over several months, I can officially say, I love this product and am so glad I decided to try it out.
How does it compare to the #1 product E’ryday Keto? I’m on the fence, but you can check out the product yourself here .
W here to Buy Pruvit Keto OS?
We’re at the tail-end of our detailed Pruvit Keto OS review, I’m sure you’re wondering where the best place is to buy. The best place to buy it is on Amazon. The only downside is you pay a premium.
Keto//OS is available directly through Pruvit’s website, but you have to sign up to be a distributor first, which is annoying. Buying through Amazon is always a fun experience (especially with Amazon Prime).
You can even see other product recommendations and nifty tools to help make the keto diet better (or easier). I couldn’t help but buy a product that checked my ketone levels when I peed. Pretty awesome. Thanks, Amazon. Just a few clicks and your exogenous ketones will be at your door in a day or two.
You can also browse all of the different flavors with ease. Last time I checked on the company’s website, a few things were out of stock. That’s a good sign for them, I guess!
